10. The "MDP Admin Tools -> Group Policy Management Console" shortcut stops
working with a message that the C:\Windows\System32\gpmc.msc is not a snapin,
or you don't have rights to read it.
This could be caused by corruption in C:\Documents and
Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\MMC\gpmc. If you delete this file
the shortcut starts working again.
