Cannot connect to Remote computer

Hi
I have windows 2000 server after the serveice pack4 installation I cannot
setup the Group policy . When i chose the group policy , it gives error ,

Remote computer cannnot be connected..
Do you have any idea?
Apart from group policy everything is fine.
