Roaming profiles & Homedir (again!!)

If I set TS Roaming profile & Homedir in Local Group Policy or in Domain
Group Policy. It works Fine.
If however, I set it in a Group Policy object linked to an OU the settings
don't work.
Other settings made in that GPO do work!
Is there a reason for this?
I am using W2003.

Anyone?
