Jason,
Thank you for the reply. However, while I understand the concept of
break/fix, I don't understand what made my question markedly different from
most of the questions regarding group policy in this group. Most are looking
for a policy that will perform a certain task or tasks, and they are given
valid answers. How is my question different?
Perhaps there is not a group policy that allows me to do what I am looking
for. Then, the appropriate answer would have been that you do not know the
answer, not necessarily to steer me to support which charges $110.00/hour.
Please tell me if I'm off base here.
