net localgroup Administrators yourgroup /add
But I guess, thats not the point you are looking for.

Try the following in "restricted groups"
- new group -> Administrators
- no entry in the upper field of the windows that opens,
   where you usually would add the acccounts
- make a new entry in the lower field "is Member of"(?)
   and add your group

.. sorry, I have now english version of the OS, so I can“t
tell you the correct names of the fields.
