Over ride local policy

Hi. We are using win2k3 server with XP SP1 clients. We have local policies
implemented that we need to change. Specifically the Favorites setting on the
local policy. We do not have the Favorites setting configured on the Domain
GP, so the settings in the local GP are taking effect.
Is there a way to change the local policy, for the Favorites setting, en mass?
