I need to find a way to permit a manager to start/stop a service for a
business system.
Is there a way to use Delating Authority to start/stop services on this one
server ONLY? (I already have the server in it's own OU, I just can't
determine what delegation of authority right, if any, can be used).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
