W2K Group Policy Preference

We are about to implement Office 2003 in our W2K Citrix Environment.

We have the ADM files from the Office Resource kit.

Can anybody point me in the right direction to change these from Policy to
Preferences (as in the GP is a preference and not greyed out at the client).
