Hi,

I m new in windows GPO and GPMC. If anybody can help me for setting the
desktop wallpaper like :

-set the desktop background to be the same for all users?

-set the desktop background even if no user is logged (the background
appears behind the CTRL ALT DEL window)

-some one can tell me why we can only set it for a user and not for a
computer ?

Our environment is 90% windows client with one domain.
