Uninstalling Office with GPO

I am trying to install Office 2003 STD version using Group Policy, I am also
trying to uninstall earlier versions of Office some Pro and some STD at the
same time. When I push my new version of office I end up with 2 copies of
office installed.

How do I get the old version to uninstall?
