if you are willing the certificate to be trusted for the entire domain
you can import it into a GPO for a domain.
your users will not have to install it!
it can be found in "computer configuration > windows settings > security
settings > public key policies\trusted root certificate authorities >
cxertificates"
i imported some certificates for the ou in which i have my computers and got
rid of problems with not trusted sites
