Tom,

Are you going to run Active Directory on the 2003 server? Are all the XP
systems going to be joined to the domain?

Everything you used to use poledit for is now done through either local or
domain Group Policy. The best and easiest way to apply these settings is to
set the policy at the Domain level in Active Directory. If you are not
going to run AD, these settings can be set through a local group policy
using the gpedit.msc application.
