Yes, it is in GP. Go to Computer Configuration|Windows Settings|Security
Settings|Local Policies|Security Options. On Win2K, the policy is "Prompt
user to change password before expiration". On 2003 and XP, its "Interactive
Logon: Prompt User to Change password before expiration".
