Super. If you aren't already using it, check out Group Policy Managment
Console - it makes managing group policies much simpler.

GPMC has RSOP built in - last item in the left pane (Group Policy Results).

Also, SP2 fixes the problem that you had to enable Solicited Remote
Assistance to get Offer Remote Assistance to work (KB article 826088 and
811113).
