Y`re right Bruce....it has nothing to do with Simple File Sharing. I did some
more testing my self and I found the problem.
My Xp test machine did not apply the group policy that I made. I did however
apply 3 other group policy`s that I had made. So I made a new one and then it
all worked.
I found a great tool to check if the policy was installed on my client
called Resoltant set of policy, RSOF. I have not seen it befor but after I
used the tool I saw that the policy was not applied on my xp client.
