Hi Tom and sorry for delay. Was busy with way too many things last week!
Anyway, back to the point. Do you mean that initial installation fails? Or
when user tries to open any Office application it prompts for installaiton
path?

If the latter is true, try to login as administrator and open each of the
Office applications at least once.
