Hi,

We recently installed Service Pack 2 on our network of XP machines. The
installation went well except no Internet Explorer GPO are now being applied.
We rely on it to input the proxy and homepage settings. Non of the existing
GP have been changed so it is obviously something todo with moving to SP2.

I have ran rsop.msc which indicates a problem with Internet Explorer
Branding and has the following error message.

"Internet Explorer Branding failed due to the error listed below and failed
to log resultant set of policy information."

This error happens for all users except the domain administrator account
which works perfectly. I have tried adding accounts into the exact same group
as Administrator, but it still doesnt work.

Thanks in advance

Andrew
