Hi Lauren
What is responsible for the DNS zone that corresponds to your internal name
space and where does this DC point for "Preferred DNS Server" and "Alternate
DNS Server"?
This is typically an issue with DNS config and the ability of the DNS Server
to accept dynamic updates.
