There are a few things unclear in your provided info, but
basically you only need to follow the directions in the SUS
deployment guide doc.
You may need to import the wuau.adm template to your
GPO (I do not actually recall if W2k SP4 took care of this)
in order to see all of the WU admin template policies.
Other than that it is only a matter of making sure the GPO
is links so that the machines to receive the settings are
in that GPO's scope of management.
