Richard:
When addressing someone directly, it is often useful to use their correct
name. Think how much nicer you would have thought of me if I had addressed
you as "Robert", rather than as "Richard".
Since "Mark Williams [MSFT]" , has posted some useful info XP SP2
information within eyesight of your post, it shouldn't be too hard to
recognize the difference between Mark Williams [MSFT] and the mysterious,
unresponsive (and perhaps unknowledgeable) "Mike Williams".
