Did you import the updated .adm file into the GPO? You should remove
existing file first, and import updated one then.

How to increase the maxi profile size? (Group policy > User
Configuration > System > User Profiles > Limit profile size)
The default is set to maximum 30000
   From winnt.adm:
PART !!ProfileSize NUMERIC REQUIRED SPIN 100
            VALUENAME "MaxProfileSize"
            DEFAULT 30000
            MAX 30000
            MIN 300
         END PART
I've tried to increase the MAX and DEFAULT in this .adm, but still no
  luck..
I would really like to increase this max profile size to 40MB. Do
  anybody know a hack?
Any answer would greatly be appreciated.
