Ahhh! Turns out even though I removed the templates form
the Global GP, it "remembered" the settings I had set. I
needed to add teh templates again, then set everything to
Not Configured, then wait for a global refresh of the
policy, then take off the admin templates until I can do
some more testing and convince the PTB that this would be
good in the long run! ;)
