Nathen,
To customize one user profile (or HKCU registry), you can
do following:
Log in as admin
Run regedit
select HKEY_User
from file menu, select load hive
browse to the user profile in C:\documents and Folders
select NTUSER.dat and load it (give is a name, such as
TEMP)
Expand TEMP and tweak it as you wanted.
Then, high light TEMP and unload the hive

You can do this on Default User\NTUSER.Dat as well. That
will apply the changes to every new user.
