2003 group policy and windows 98 clients

All,
I have a client that still has several 98 machines out in
the world. They are looking to migrate their existing
domain to 2003. My question is this, once the domain is
migrated to 2003 how can they implement desktop policies
on their 98 machines? My client believes there is a tool
out there that will successfully allow GP's to maintained
and set in 2003.
