I've activated the Software restriction in a GPO on a
Windows Server 2003. By defaut the security is Rejected. I
added rules to allow the programs I want to run on the
Server. The only problem I have is with the DFS folder.
We have a net drive ( H:\TekWeb ) that points to a share
with via a DFS. No executables are able to launch from
this folder even if I add path rules ( I set the security
level to unrestricted ) for the network drive and for the
share that the DFS point to.
Is there a way to add a rule in the Software Restriction
GPO for a DFS ?
