Your English is perfectly fine, don't worry. Which folder exactly are
you reffering to - Local Settings or Application Data? I really wouldn't
recommend that you encrypt anything in the user's profile except Offline
files and My Documents (ok, My Music and My Pictures also ;)). This can
cause unpredictable results and you risk preventing the OS from access
to files it needs - for example, under Application Data are your private
keys and the OS will need access to those to pass to EFS for
encryption/decryption.
What are your specific concerns (in case a laptop gets stolen)?
