Duplicate folders

Hi All;

I just installed a Win 2003 Server Standard Edition, with
AD; all seemed to be working find until I started to
create users, that's when I notice the desktop getting
filled with user home folders. It seems that every time I
create a user an identical duplicate of the home folder
is also created on the desktop. The only change I made
was on the GP where I enabled "Basic / Folder
Redirection". The folders seem to be like a short cut,
any changes/add/delete you make to one it reflect the
other. I have looked every where on the web for a
solution but have not found one. Any help is greatly
appreciated.
