Did you actually remove the GPO or just delink it from the
AD Object you used to deploy it? If it has not been
removed, you can go to the GPO object -> user or computer
configuration -> software installation -> right click the
application -> all tasks -> remove software. Then
relink it to the original site, domain or OU.
If you deployed using an .MSI file, this should do a clean
uninstall.
