I've found it maybe looking for the computer using NETBIOS even though the
AD is supposed to use DNS. firstly check you can ping the machine with the
msi on. next make sure you can connect to it using net use. I had this
problem when i was using a netbios alias for the computer name. Let me know
if you have any more details as i should be able to help you out
