It is not abnormal for even NT4 domain controler accounts to be in the
Domain Controllers OU. That is actually what I would expect to see even in
an Active Directory domain.
Since you are dealing with a profile issue, it might help to see a
userenv.log file from a user logging in and off. It will show what is
happening with the profile for the user.
