Thank you for your post.

The link is correct and I have verified it. Please use the URL of
"http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/b/1/bb139fcb-4aac-4fe5-a579-30b0bd
915706/MPSRPT_DirSvc.EXE" (should be one line starts with "http" and ends
with "EXE").

Please then post the CAB file generated by this tool here, and we will
perform further analysis. Thanks!

|I also am getting an Event ID: 1089 Userenv error but I am also getting a
Event ID: 1090 userenv error also

I tried Mike's link to get the MPS Reports tool but the link doesn't work.

Any suggestions?
