http://169.3.1.2 would be correct syntax,
provided that is the IP the IIS of Sus responds
upon.
You may use http://servername or such as
http://servername.dom.org as apropo in your
world provided your name resolution supports.
If your AD servers are W2k be sure to update
the GPO with an import of the 2.2 wuau.adm
