I don't think you've ever told us what the blue screen says? :>(
Please quote it verbatim in your next post. Especially the STOP code, both hex code and text label, plus the 4 hex numbers that are usually included - and the driver or application name, if shown.
If you need help getting the BSOD to stay on the screen long enough to read it, post back for instructions on that.

You could try msconfig.exe once more, turning each and every
startup task and all non-MS services.
