I didn't stop any of the services but I did turn off all of the Startup files
and it still bluescreened. I'll give the services a try. Thanks.

System Restore was turned off some time ago and can't be turned on in Safe
Mode. Don't know why he did it but it's been done. Wipe and reinstall?


You could try msconfig.exe once more, turning each and every
startup task and all non-MS services.
