Likely malaware, you might want to scan your sys with several malaware apps,
eg SpyBot Search & Destroy, Adaware both free

I find a very strange dialog box when I started a PC today. A small dialog
box said:

(at the top line : RUNDLL)
Inside: (round, red button with X)
Text: Error with running C:\WINDOWS\system32\wocqpagv.dll
The module was not found

(I have translated the text from Norwegian)

I have never heard of that DLL and not any search give any response. Hope
this community will help
