Hi Dilip,
If I map a folder on the Samba share to a drive letter via the shell, and
then programmatically (C#) create a .Net System.IO DriveInfo object against
that drive letter, the DriveInfo.DriveFormat property for the mapped Samba
drive returns "NTFS".
(If I switch to, e.g., a drive letter corresponding to a local thumb drive,
the DriveFormat property returns "FAT".)

How exactly is it telling you that the remote volume is NTFS?
