Windows 2003 64bit

Hi

I need to install file server.

The server will be with 4GB ram, and 500GB of files.

The files will be resides in 5*146GB disks in raid 5 and the system files
will be in 2*72GB disk raid 1.

What is the best way to create Win2003 for file server 32bit or 64bit.

Please advice.

Than'x
Shay
