Reading file of old user

Before I made a format and reinstall of my disk, I made
a full backup. Now I want to read a file from the backup,
it works all right to fetch it but I do not get permission to
read it.
The file is
C:\Documents and Settings\oldlimiteduser\Application Data\
Mozilla\Firefox\ Profiles\cwpkviuz.default\bookmarks.html
but I only can see the grayed-out
C:\Documents and Settings\oldlimiteduser
directory. (If I check properties, I can see the size, number
of directories and nuber of files.)
How can I get the bookmarks.html file?
I know what user name (oldlimiteduser) and password I
used but I do not know how to use them to get at the
file.
Not much use to make a backup if you can't read the
files, is it?
Thanks for any help
Anders
