Rightclick your desktop>personalization> on the left pane choose Change desktop icons> checkmark Recycle Bin

And as Pegasus told you, google is your friend.

I was trying to delete the files of my recycle bin by clicking the
right mouse button and by accident I hitted delete and it ereased my
recycle bin. how can I recover or reinstall the recycle bin? Thank
you!
