Could someone please send this to me?  MS are being obstructive and
unhelpful and I've lost pateince with them.  I've tried charm,
begging, sobbing and threats of self-harm ;)

Why is this tool so elusive?  Searching various groups and forums it
seems many people have had the same problem with MS.  Wasted hours so
far, just want to extend the partition but the bug prevents it.
