ok i am having the same proplem i found a way around it it can be fixed if
you make the user maping diectly on the share root ( not insade any thing) he
only then can see only his own quota

You can use the command:

net send [user] [message]

You can setup a Command to run in the quota's option.

I've enable the folder quota on the shared folder in DFS, all
notification
working great. the only problem is the shared folder properties
reflect
the
total server disk space, not the capacity set by the quota manager.
Can
the
system be set to reflect the quota capacity and not the total disk
space.
