If users use *.pst files from network share, the error can appear again and
again.
Network Stored PST files ... don't do it! -

The error you report is known for xcopy.exe and perhaps also
for the "copy" command. Robocopy.exe (Windows Resource
Kit) does not appear to suffer from it.
