Cannot copy <filename>: Insufficient system resources exist to complete
the
requested service.
Every time I try to copy large files either to this server or from
different
folders on the server I receive the above error message. The server is a
Dell 2950 with Dual 3.2GHz processors, 16G of memory and a Dell 220S
Powervolt is attached. Please Help

The error you report is known for xcopy.exe and perhaps also
for the "copy" command. Robocopy.exe (Windows Resource
Kit) does not appear to suffer from it.
