Hello,
in a cmd:
dir /AHS "C:\Document and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook"
You may also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files"
But that may not be the point, i don't think pst files are hidden.
You may get or check the good location from outlook:

I am trying to look my outlook.pst data file in C:\Document and
Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook but I cannot
find it. I selected Tools > Folder Options > View tab, I selected "Show
hidden files and folders" and yet I still cannot see the hidden file. I can
see that there are 12 hidden files shown on the status bar. I tried selecting
"Show hidden files and folders" many times and yet I cannot see the hidden
files.
How can I see the hidden files? What is preventing me from seeing the hidden
files? Is there any other way?
.
