I know that but it works wrong way on my machine, if I add a shortcut
on my visual desktop (the one I see on my screen) it will be added
only to all users.
If I add shortcut via explorer to my user desktop I do not see it on
my visual desktop at all!!!!
BTW I have folder called documents and setting\all users\desktop but
my visual one is on documents and setting\all users\shared documents
\desktop. But I think its different topic

Hello,
If you add a sortcut to your desktop, it only appear on your desktop.
If you want to add a shortcut to all users, you must manually copy it here:
c:\documents and settings\All Users\Desktop
Only administrators can write here

As I understand the desktop of XP which I see on my computer will
include files and shortcuts from both all users and my desktop folders
on file system.
But on for my main use if I create file on my visual desktop, it will
be added to all users desktop and I do not see at all the user desktop
files and links.
Any idea
