Here is what I'm trying to accomplish.Try this http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/tools/14203.html
I need to create a new registry key and set its value whenever a new user
profile is created on Windows 2003 server; or when an existing profile is
're
created' (after it was deleted by 'delprof' and the user logged in
again). I
have a VBS file which can add this registry key.
I'm trying to find out how to schedule this file to run, whevever a user
proflie is created. Is it correct that a user's registry preferences will
also be deleted once their profile is deleted? If so, my argument is
valid,
esle enlighten me.
If VBS file is not a feasible solution, is there a way I can hard code
the
above registry key settings into 'Default user' profile under 'Documents
and
settings' so that the registry key gets applied whenever a new profile is
created?
Appreciate your insight.
