I have a folder on my 2003 server that appears to be corrupt. This
folder also happens to reside on a 500 GB volume. I took a look at the
whole volume and as near as I can tell only this particular folder is
corrupted.

In years past(NT4/W2K) I've run chkdsk /f and prayed it would fix
everything. What can be done with fixing corrupted folders on Server
2003?

You can still run chkdsk. Whether it will fix the problem is another
question. Your best bet is to reformat the volume and restore the
data from backup.
