FSRM-Reports where are they????

Hi Group,
i am new in the handling of the FSRM Reports.
I am wondering: After creating a Report for duplicated files, i ran it and i
am waiting hours for a e-mail
when i try to edit this report, it is telling me that the report still runs.
This was before 2 days.
we have a volume with 30 GB and fast Servers.
Could someone explain me that behaviour?
