You may need to seize ownership of this folder. Click Start/
Help and type "owner" or "ownership" if unsure how to do
this.

From your post it seems that you do not believe in weekly
backups to an independent medium. Most members of your
group change their minds after suffering a major disaster.
You might avoid this fate if you change your direction now.
A 2.5" disk in an external USB case makes for a low-cost
but very powerful backup medium.
