i recently had to do a system recovery on my pc, it backed all my oldfiles up.
i can access all my files and folders except my user account folders with
all my work in them. I cannot lose this data and hoping that someone will
know how to fix this???
You may need to seize ownership of this folder. Click Start/
Help and type "owner" or "ownership" if unsure how to do
this.
From your post it seems that you do not believe in weeklybackups to an independent medium. Most members of your
group change their minds after suffering a major disaster.
You might avoid this fate if you change your direction now.
A 2.5" disk in an external USB case makes for a low-cost
but very powerful backup medium.
