On windows 2000 workstation where I installed the HP Laserjet, I noticed that
the system event is reporting an error of 10009 every 20 seconds(DCOM was
unable to communicate with the computer Server11 using any of the configured
protocols). I looked around HP Website and found a fix.
FIX: At a command window from the directory \windows\system32 run the
command:hpbpro.exe -RegServer and if the problem persists run hpbpro.exe
-Service. This fixed the error at the workstation. This also fixed the error
at the Server which were #36870 and #36872

Still having the event error after add network service, administrator and.
system with full control to the MachineKeys folder. No certificate is
installed on the server. No IIS is running or installed. (PS: One thing I
remember is that the event start occurring a day after I installed a new HP
laserJet on a windows 2000 workstation.)

No suitable default server credential exists on this system. This will
prevent server applications that expect to make use of the system default
credentials from accepting SSL connections. An example of such an application
is the directory server. Applications that manage their own credentials, such
as the internet information server, are not affected by this.
Windows 2003 Enterprise Server was rebooted, latest windows update was done,
no SSL certificate installed. This a domain controller with active directory,
DDNS, DHCP, Backup Exec. These events just start appearing about 3 weeks ago
for apparent reasons.
